ORDERS & PAYMENT

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information when placing an order.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, particularly your shipping address, sizing, quantities, and any custom Charm Bar selections.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders when reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, inventory errors, pricing errors, or violations of these Terms. If we cancel a paid order, any amount owed will be refunded to the original payment method.

Prices, promotions, product availability, and discounts may change without notice. Promotional offers are subject to the terms displayed with the promotion.

We make every effort to accurately represent our clothing, jewelry, charms, chains, accessories, colors, sizing, and other product details.

Actual colors may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, or your device’s display. Handmade and custom items may also have slight variations between pieces.

Product availability is not guaranteed, and we may change, limit, restock, or discontinue merchandise at any time.

CUSTOM CHARM BAR JEWELRY

Glowing Grace Charm Bar jewelry is handmade and customized based on the selections submitted with your order.

Please carefully review your chain, charms, letters, and other customization choices before completing your purchase.

Because these pieces are made specifically for each order, custom Charm Bar jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, except for qualifying damaged, defective, or incorrect items as described in our Return & Exchange Policy or where otherwise required by law.

RETURNS & FINAL SALE

Eligible boutique clothing may be returned within the timeframe and under the conditions stated in our Return & Exchange Policy.

Any product clearly marked Final Sale at the time of purchase—including final-sale clothing—is not eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, except for qualifying damaged, defective, or incorrect items or where otherwise required by law.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge the return and final-sale conditions applicable to the items in your order.

SHIPPING & PRE-ORDERS

Glowing Grace ships throughout the United States. Processing times vary depending on whether your order contains in-stock boutique merchandise, handmade Charm Bar jewelry, or pre-order merchandise.

Pre-order products are not ready to ship immediately. Estimated availability or shipping timeframes will be provided with the applicable product when available. These dates are estimates and may change due to supplier, manufacturer, or carrier delays outside of our reasonable control.

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery estimates are subject to the carrier’s operations and are not guaranteed by Glowing Grace.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within the timeframe specified in our Return & Exchange Policy.

We may request your order number, photographs of the merchandise and packaging, and other information needed to review the issue.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or failure to follow applicable jewelry care instructions is not considered a craftsmanship defect.

WEBSITE & PRICING ERRORS

Although we work to keep our website accurate, mistakes can happen. Product descriptions, prices, promotions, inventory, shipping information, or other content may occasionally contain an error.

We reserve the right to correct errors or update information. If an error materially affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you regarding available options or cancel and refund the affected order where permitted by law.
