SHIPPING POLICY

We work hard to get your Glowing Grace order to you as quickly as possible! Please review our processing and shipping information below.

PROCESSING TIMES

Boutique Clothing: In-stock clothing orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Charm Bar Jewelry: Each Charm Bar piece is custom-made and handmade by Glowing Grace. Please allow 1–5 business days for processing.

Processing times may be extended during holidays, sales, launches, or other high-volume periods. Processing time does not include shipping/transit time.

PRE-ORDERS

Items marked as pre-order are not ready to ship immediately.

For pre-order clothing, the estimated shipping timeframe will be listed on the individual product page.

For pre-order charms or chains, please allow approximately 1–2 weeks to ship, unless otherwise stated.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be held and shipped together once all items are available.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via the email provided at checkout. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and Glowing Grace is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, please contact info@shopglowinggrace.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Glowing Grace is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered. If you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact info@shopglowinggrace.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. Please see our Return & Exchange Policy for additional details.
